Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@airtooys.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse located in Ilkeston, United Kingdom.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
· Economy Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
· Standard Shipping (£15): Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days.
